roger miller: the best of-king of the road

gigi requested "chug-a-lug" several times through out the day. this is where a parent gets caught between encouraging a child to speak and flipping out to roger miller. not that he isn't the bees knees of ridiculousness, i love it, but there are anthems you could hear again and again sober and ones you can't.

pirates of the caribbean: at world's end

love these films, but this is definitely the lesser of the three. we saw the second of the series a long time ago and the beginning of the third is completely random and hard to follow with out clear knowledge of how the second ended. all in all- it was fun fluff.

Mama's Gun - Erykah Badu

The opening track to this CD is about as powerful an entrance as any recording I've heard. Loving it karaoke-style!
